Vodafone – Splice

Background

Fingertips is an in-house bespoke responsive web platform for Digital Operations in GECO (Vodafone Group Enterprise). Its target is to put Vodafone’s data at your fingertips in a real-time, transparent and rapid manner to maximise your efficiency and productivity.

Opportunity

Design a responsive platform that will allow Commercial Operations team to increase revenue, attract new customers, and sell products. Create a web application, part of Fingertips suite, to help Commercial and Sales teams to manage their bids, and opportunities.

Solution

Following the business and user requirements, we had a clear picture of the MVP, we started with some low-fi mobile wireframes, having meetings with main stakeholders. Middle-fi prototypes using Invisionapp and starting with wireframes.

Drive regular user testing, understanding the customer, collate and analyse data, conduct user research implement UX designs and help effectively utilise KPI’s.

Team structure: More than 10 people (3 BA, 2 Front-end and 3 back-end engineers, 1 QA  1 Project manager)​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
